Director of Photography
As the Director of Photography (DP), I was responsible for designing the visual style of the scene. I developed a shot list and overhead diagrams to plan camera angles, movements, and framing, ensuring that the look and feel of the space aligned with the tone of the scene. I focused on creating a variety of shot sizes to maintain visual interest and capture the dynamic energy of the interaction between the characters.
To highlight the actors’ performances, I made sure to get comprehensive coverage of each character, using different angles and framing techniques to showcase their personalities and emotional arcs. This allowed us to capture a range of moments and reactions, enhancing the storytelling through visual composition.
