Camera Operator
As the camera operator for this short film, I had the opportunity to shoot with the Blackmagic 6K, applying a range of cinematic techniques to convey contrasting themes of high and low aesthetic energy. The project aimed to visually represent anxiety as high energy and peace as low energy, using lighting, composition, color, lens choices, and volume duality to bring these themes to life. I played a key role in preproduction, creating detailed storyboards based on the shot list, ensuring a cohesive visual narrative throughout. This project allowed me to explore and experiment with the tools we had learned in class, delivering a dynamic and thoughtful final product.
